With 5-years experience in the playground industry, SafeSpace is accredited and knowledgeable in safety requirements for a playground environment, up-to-date with Australian Standards, playground development and design.

Adam Thompson, Director of SafeSpace, Accredited Level 3 Playground Inspector, offers a comprehensive routine playground inspection.  Adam has a solid understanding of playground layout and design, and can provide insight into improvements, highlighting areas that are lacking for all abilities.  â€‹â€‹â€‹

Playground owners and operators have an ongoing duty of care to maintain a safe and compliant play environment as noted in Australian Standard AS4685.0:2017.

A detailed inspection of the entire playground including all items of play equipment inspections should be carried out:

1.    Immediately following installation;
2.   Annually from the date of the first inspection;
3.   Following vandalized playground equipment or any functional problems that arise.  


C O M P R E H E N S I V E   R E P O R T S  &  O N G O I N G   S E R V I C E S

Following your playground inspection, you will receive a comprehensive, easy to understand report, bringing to light any factors that require attention, risk ratings and avenues for rectification of the issues at hand.  Reports are timely, ensuring that your playground complies with relevant Australian Standards at all times. 

If required, following your audit, we will provide ongoing support, directing you to the necessary services to attend to the maintenance and repairs needed. 


Your proactive approach with annual, and required audits displays your duty of care which is vital.
